MYROC Food Processing Company Limited has its home registered business premises and factory in the Heavy industrial area of Tema, the industrial hub of Ghana, West Africa.

It is engaged in the production of sterilized tuna fish in cans and pouches, and its production line includes tuna flakes, chunks and solid pack in brine and vegetable oil in various can sizes of (195g, 200g, 400g, 1kg and 2kg) and in the case of pouches (2kg and 3kg).

The company was founded by Mr. Charles Yao Mensah, the chairman of the Board of Directors. It commenced trial production in November 1999 and actual production took off in August 2002.

The company exports mainly to the European Union and is a member of industries in the Free Zone enclave. MYROC’s current capacity is 60 metric tonnes per day on two shift system and plans are far advanced to process 80 metric tonnes per day.
